Blowing Kisses

New Furniture
The other day we bought the girls new furniture – well, new to us at least! We got a great deal and TWO bedrooms out of it!! We moved Sierra and Ruby together in the bigger room, and they are sharing the queen bed for now. When Walmart gets loft beds back in stock we’re going to pick one up to put Ruby’s twin bed over the queen like a bunk bed.
The purple/yellow furniture is the new stuff – we got two dressers, one with a mirror, one with a hutch, a desk and hutch and chair, nightstand, twin bed and entertainment center – all for $500 – an awesome deal!
Here is Ruby and Sierra’s new room :
And new pet – Sierra got her hamster, which she aptly named Oreo! He doesn’t like to pose for pictures though.
Karis got Sierra’s old room and is by herself for now. She has been having issues with waking her sisters to play in the middle of the night, so we thought she could have her own room until she grows out of the phase and then by that time Maddie will move in with her.
And here is Miss Maddie – the other day we were in driving home and Sierra said, mom – Maddie took her socks off and is eating her toes!
I told her, Maddie, don’t eat your toes!! Yucky yucky! So she took them out… and put her thumb back in!

Cheez-It Baby
We had to put a baby lock on the pantry – but the girls broke it after a couple of weeks. Those couple of weeks was incentive enough for Maddie to ‘forget’ she could get into the pantry. Not anymore – I heard rustling in the kitchen and this is what I found:
Dustin said she is already learning to fend for herself. Over the last couple of days she’s gotten into the pantry a few times- and every time she goes for the cheezits!!! Mean mommy – I bought some more baby locks, a four-pack! That should keep her out for awhile!
